Effective date and scope

Effective date: September 19, 2026. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of patterhorizon.com, your Pattern Horizon account, structured market signals, optional delivery integrations, paid subscriptions, support services, and related features (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, using the Service, or confirming these Terms during checkout, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or purchase a subscription.

About Pattern Horizon

We are Pattern Horizon (“Pattern Horizon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of a SaaS platform that detects market patterns and organizes them into structured signal data. The Service is provided through patterhorizon.com (the “Website”).

Pattern Horizon is an early-stage service and is currently presented under its trading name. Contact and support requests may be submitted through the Support area or to support@patterhorizon.com.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use the Service for another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful in your location. The Service is not offered where its use would violate applicable law.

What the Service provides

Pattern Horizon presents system-detected market structures, signal states, directions, quality information, key levels, lifecycle changes, and related educational explanations. Depending on your plan and configuration, updates may be shown on the Website in realtime and may also be delivered through Telegram or Discord.

The Service does not place trades, control a brokerage account, execute orders, manage assets, or provide copy trading. Features, supported symbols, detection methods, delivery channels, and plan entitlements may change as the Service develops.

All signals, bias labels, probabilities, pattern classifications, targets, invalidation levels, market commentary, and educational content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not investment, financial, trading, legal, or tax advice and are not an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or guarantee to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.

Pattern Horizon is not acting as your broker, exchange, investment adviser, fiduciary, portfolio manager, or agent. Market data and pattern interpretations may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, revised, or incorrect. No signal guarantees profit, accuracy, a win rate, or a particular outcome. You remain solely responsible for independent evaluation, risk controls, position sizing, and every trading or investment decision. Trading and investing can result in the loss of some or all capital.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, maintain access to your registered email address, and keep credentials and connected accounts secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account. Notify Support promptly if you suspect compromised credentials, an unauthorized payment, or misuse. We may require reasonable verification before changing account details, handling a refund request, or restoring access.

Plans, symbols, and entitlements

Access to symbols, signal history, realtime streams, and delivery channels depends on the active plan and the entitlements shown at purchase. Current plan descriptions and prices appear on the Plans page and in the checkout summary.

Selections, symbol-change limits, or delivery settings may be subject to plan rules displayed in the account. A downgrade may take effect at the next billing date. We may modify plans or pricing prospectively; material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated where required, and will not retroactively alter a completed billing period.

PayPal subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in USD through PayPal and renew automatically until renewal is canceled. By approving checkout, you authorize PayPal to process the initial payment and recurring payments for the selected plan. PayPal may apply its own terms, currency conversion, bank processing, or payment-method rules. Pattern Horizon does not store your complete card or bank credentials.

You are responsible for reviewing the plan, price, currency, renewal schedule, and policies displayed before checkout. Failed or reversed payments may result in a grace period, reduced access, suspension, or a return to the Free plan. Taxes or mandatory charges may apply according to law.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the billing controls in your account. Cancellation prevents the next scheduled charge but does not automatically create a refund request. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Pattern Horizon may consider a refund when a user subscribes, renews, or selects a plan by mistake, or changes their decision after payment, provided the request is submitted within 24 hours after PayPal records the transaction.

To request review, open a request in the Support area, select “Refund request”, and provide the PayPal transaction ID, the relevant plan, the payment time, and a short explanation. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Pattern Horizon may verify the transaction, account history, and signs of misuse before making a decision.

If approved, renewal will be canceled, paid access may end when the refund is processed, and the account may return to the Free plan. The refund will be sent to the original PayPal payment method. The time required for funds to appear depends on PayPal, the bank, or the payment issuer and is outside our control.

Requests submitted after 24 hours are not eligible under this mistake-or-change-of-decision policy unless applicable law requires otherwise. Duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, or a transaction you did not authorize will be treated as a payment or security incident rather than an ordinary refund request. Report those incidents to Support and PayPal promptly. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Third-party services

The Service may connect to or rely on PayPal, Telegram, Discord, email providers, identity providers, hosting infrastructure, and market-data or technical services. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

We do not control third-party availability, account restrictions, processing times, message delivery, or policy changes. A failure or delay in a third-party channel does not mean the same update will be unavailable on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining any third-party account needed for an optional integration.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, or properly authorized internal purposes. You must not: circumvent plan or symbol limits; share paid access; scrape or extract data at scale without permission; resell, republish, or redistribute signals; interfere with security or service operation; probe vulnerabilities; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; abuse Support; use automated access not expressly authorized; or use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights.

Reasonable personal use of displayed information is permitted. Any commercial redistribution, competing database, public signal feed, or derivative service requires prior written permission.

Intellectual property

Pattern Horizon and its licensors retain all rights in the Website, software, design, trademarks, original editorial content, structured presentation, and other protected materials. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for its intended use while your account remains eligible.

You retain ownership of information or materials you send to Support. You grant us permission to use them only as reasonably necessary to investigate, respond, secure the Service, and comply with law. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Availability, maintenance, and changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly timely operation. Realtime delivery may be affected by markets, data sources, networks, browsers, devices, maintenance, provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, comply with law, respond to provider changes, or develop the product. Where practical, we will communicate material changes that significantly affect paid access.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel renewal at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, fraud, chargeback investigation, unlawful activity, serious or repeated violation of these Terms, or protection of users and the Service.

When paid access ends, plan-specific entitlements and optional delivery may end or revert to the Free plan. Provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, responsibility, disputes, and records that must be retained will survive termination where applicable.

Disclaimers and limits of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not promise that every pattern will be detected, every signal will be timely, or every interpretation will remain valid as the market changes.

Pattern Horizon is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, decisions made from a signal, or failures caused by a user’s broker, exchange, device, network, configuration, or third-party service. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections.

Applicable law and resolving concerns

These Terms are governed by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. They do not select a law or forum for the purpose of removing rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact Support with a clear description of the concern and the outcome requested. We will attempt to review the matter in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, either party may use the courts, regulators, payment-provider procedures, or other dispute mechanisms available under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service, payment arrangements, or legal requirements change. The latest version will show its effective date on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not accept a material change, stop using the Service and cancel renewal before the next billing date.
