Refund terms are part of the Terms of Service

Pattern Horizon’s cancellation and refund terms are now included in the Terms of Service. A request based on a mistaken payment or change of decision must be submitted through Support within 24 hours after PayPal records the transaction. Select “Refund request” when creating the request. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
